We are Ben & Catherine Adamson and, after over 20 years of event catering, we’re now on a mission to supply quality local, sustainable goods to our customers, working with our area’s farmers and producers to prepare and supply honest, real food.
Our Heritage
Sourced locally, prepared carefully.
Quality meat and butchery is a big part of our heritage. Peter Lillie was Catherine’s grandad and ran his renowned family butchers in nearby Guisborough. Today, we continue that tradition by preparing and selling locally reared meats, and producing traditional cured goods and charcuterie.
Beyond our meats, we grow vegetables naturally at Forest Farm in Castleton. For everything else, we work directly with the area’s finest farmers and producers to supply the best of the season.
Every dish on our menu is made from scratch in our professional kitchen at Botton Village, ensuring that what arrives at your door is always fresh, honest, and delicious.

Because we prepare our meals specifically to order based on our weekly cut-offs, we drastically reduce kitchen waste and ensure every ingredient is used purposefully.
